After an Agreement between Trans Check and the client, Trans Check begins the Bid Process, followed by the Negotiation process.  Most fees are based on the client's annualized savings.  Fees are broken into several payments over several months; you pay as you save!  Most contracts/tariffs with carriers are for a two year period.  The client receives 100% savings during the 2nd year.
